The venue for most of Dan’s courses is Old Wives Wood near Sicklinghall in beautiful Wharfedale. The wood is set on a gentle hillside above the River Wharfe and is ancient broadleaved woodland with a carpet of bluebells and other native ground flora. Occasionally some training is run from his workshop at Newthorpe Farm, on the limestone ridge near Tadcaster in North Yorkshire (venues vary depending on the course content).
